Welcome to STASMS, a student management software provided by SolveTech ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"). By using our software, you agree to these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use our software.

2.2. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

3.1. You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use our software for managing student data in accordance with these Terms.
3.2. You agree not to use the software for any illegal or unauthorized purposes.
3.3. You shall not modify, adapt, hack, or reverse engineer the software.
4.1. Our Privacy Policy governs the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information. By using the software, you agree to our Privacy Policy.
4.2. You are responsible for obtaining the necessary consents from individuals whose data you manage using our software.
5.1. All content, features, and functionality of the software are and will remain the exclusive property of the Company and its licensors.
5.2. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our software, nor may you reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code.
6.1. We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the software at our sole discretion, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.
6.2. Upon termination, your right to use the software will immediately cease.
7.1. The software is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
7.2. In no event shall the Company be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from
(i) your use or inability to use the software;
(ii) any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein;
(iii) any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the software.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Cameroon / Yaounde, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
